Jenkintown Library Seed Exchange

Jenkintown Library is starting a seed exchange program at the library. Anyone with a PA ACCESS library card will be able to come in and check out some seeds to grow in their garden. After your harvest, save some of the seeds and return them to the Library for someone else to use.

Our kick-off event will be a seed swap and seed donation to the Library on Saturday, April 9th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Featured guest will be Rachel Davies, Master Gardener with the Penn State Extension Service. If you have some seeds to share, please come to this fun event and share your seeds and your knowledge.

Refreshments will be served. Please call 215-884-0593 for more information. Ask for Bonnie or Roz.

Are these seeds non-GMO, and is anyone checking?

  2. Almost all the seeds are from SeedSavers.org. I believe they only supply non-GMO.
